Here we are!

I can’t believe it has been almost 2 months since I posted!  Hopefully now that I have that horrendous 1st trimester behind me, I can keep you all more up to date.  Sorry!

 We moved Makenna into a toddler bed in anticipation of the new baby needing the crib, and while it seemed she was super excited…we’ve had our share of problems.  She looks really cute in it though!

Here’s a shot of her new life jacket for Baba’s boat.  She was so proud.

She has really taken to posing for the camera.  I call this her “pageant smile.”  It always reminds me of those poor little girls in pageants, even though I think it’s adorable (her smile, not the girls in pageants).
I had to put another hair shot on here, since she is notorious for her hair.  On this particular day, after I took her pigtails out, this is what she was left with.  Priceless!!

Arts and crafts while Mommy pukes  😉

This summer she is big enough to wear floaties, and she L-O-V-E-S them.  She goes all over the pool on her own now, even over to the deep end (while I watch in a panic–that goes without saying). 

Fine Laura, you win…here’s a shot of my big pointy belly at 15 weeks.  This is late at night when The Bell (as I affectionately call it) is at it’s biggest.  In the mornings I just look like I ate a whole pizza or something–not quite as pronounced.

And finally, we got Makenna a super cute little pool with a slide that she absolutely loves.  This pool–under my 13 foot umbrella I got for Mother’s Day–makes our backyard a paradise.  Haha….almost.
